Use of the Platform

By using this platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for account registration, identity verification, loan application, payment tracking, and related lending services.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Loan Application Review

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Applications may be reviewed, verified, approved, rejected, or adjusted based on business rules, credit investigation, branch policies, and submitted information.

Loan Agreement and Interest

Approved borrowers must review and accept the separate loan agreement showing the principal amount, interest rate, disbursement date, repayment schedule, installment amount, loan term, due dates, and accepted payment method. The signed loan agreement controls the specific financial terms of each loan.

Payments, Late Payment, and Prepayment

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule and method. Late or overdue payments may incur charges stated in the signed loan agreement. A borrower may request early payment of the remaining balance, subject to the applicable agreement and any disclosed fee.

Use of Loan Proceeds

Loan proceeds must be used for the lawful purpose declared in the application. Material misrepresentation, document falsification, or use for unlawful activity may result in rejection, account restriction, collection action, or referral to the proper authorities.

Default and Recovery

If a borrower fails to meet payment obligations, Velasco Credit Services may take the recovery steps permitted by the signed agreement and applicable Philippine law, including contacting the borrower, arranging payment, and pursuing lawful collection remedies.

Representations and Authority

Each applicant confirms that submitted information is true, that they have authority to enter into the agreement, and that they understand the obligations accepted through the platform or a signed document.

Prohibited Activity

You must not submit false documents, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operations, or use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

System Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, network issues, or events outside our control.
